What I do
I work as a bridge between engineering, business, and operations. I am most useful where a product is technically complex, the path is not yet defined, and delivery depends on getting several groups of people moving in the same direction.
Product ownership of AI-assisted products
I am the sole product manager on THEIA at Spare Parts 3D, an AI-assisted product that reconstructs 3D models from 2D drawings. I own discovery, the roadmap, and feature specification, working directly with the CPO.
Prototype-to-production delivery
I took THEIA from an internal prototype to a production service, and I stayed accountable for what came after: release planning, quality, and the operational processes that keep it running.
Partner operations across time zones
I run THEIA's day-to-day partner operations, working directly with the COO: delivery quality, capacity planning, and work allocation across external partner teams in multiple time zones.
Hands-on Python, SQL, and backend
My foundation is hands-on backend development with Python, SQL, FastAPI, and Django. Today I build with AI-assisted coding tools; I adopted them early and use them heavily, so I have a practitioner's view of where they work and where they fail.

Product Manager & Developer · Spare Parts 3DJan 2025 – Present · Paris
Sole product manager on THEIA, working directly with the CPO and COO. I run discovery with customers and internal operators, own feature tracking and testing, and manage day-to-day operations across the external partner teams that deliver reverse-engineered CAD files. In parallel I am building, with AI-assisted development, a new validation product that checks 3D files against their 2D drawings.

Lead Product Manager · Spare Parts 3DNov 2023 – Jan 2025 · Paris
Owned THEIA end to end: roadmap, backlog, releases, and stakeholder alignment. Scaled delivery from prototype to production across 5 external partner teams in multiple time zones, and contributed backend features and internal tooling in Python and SQL.

Additive Manufacturing Engineer · Spare Parts 3D2020 – 2023 · Singapore
Hands-on engineering in industrial 3D printing: qualifying parts for production, building internal tools, and working with customers in regulated, industrial contexts. This is where I learned the domain THEIA now serves.

This site is a live case study
Locate Life is a product I own from end to end. I identified the need from my own house hunt, designed the data strategy and the architecture, built it, and operate it in production. It computes real public-transport travel times to help people decide where to live and where to meet.
What I'm looking for
Product management or technical program roles in Paris, ideally on products where the technology is complex and the value depends on making it usable. If that sounds like your team, I would be glad to talk.
